GROUP Clear Kayak Photoshoot price is $800 - Clients are entitled to an amount of up to 20 images per Photoshoot. - Digital Photos are delivered via email within 7days. Jamaica Flying Dress Cancellation Policy No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, the following applies: Your booking amount will be converted to a credit, valid for 6 months, enabling you to reschedule a future appointment. For transportation services, the entire booking amount is forfeited in case of a no-show. Rebooking Fee: A $100 rebooking fee applies for rescheduling, except in cases of severe weather conditions that may affect the appointment. Credit Policy: If you need to reschedule, your booking amount will be credited towards a future appointment within 6 months. Liability Disclaimer: By booking with Jamaica Flying Dress LLC, you acknowledge and agree that participation in our experiences, including but not limited to photoshoots, videoshoots, transportation, and tours, is entirely at your own risk. Jamaica Flying Dress LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during any activity. By taking part in our experiences, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release Jamaica Flying Dress LLC from any liability or legal claims arising from such incidents. Commercial Rights: By participating in any Jamaica Flying Dress LLC experience, you grant the company the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any visual material (including but not limited to photos and videos) captured during your experience for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes. If you wish to opt out of this, you must notify us in writing before your scheduled appointment. Clear Kayak Photoshoot Execution: Jamaica Flying Dress LLC handles the booking of the Clear Kayak Photoshoot experience, but the actual photoshoot is executed by trusted partner vendors in Jamaica. Note: Severe weather conditions are the only exception to the rebooking fee. This policy is subject to change without notice.
